I'm already booked to return. It sound have been a 5 star rating if the cabana rental had two lounge chairs waiting in front of it and shade verses the wood slats roof. it.  Good people, cozy pool and family oriented .

The staff was friendly and the views were great. Really small pool, but plenty of room for the amount of people there.

The pool at the Hyatt Grand was spectacular! I was with my two adult boys and we had a great time together.

Unfortunately, the Grand Hyatt Vail does not have enough seating to offer guest passes.  When we came, there literally was not a spot to be found.  The cabana however was available.  We were told we could sit there, but then we were told it would be $80.  Seemed extreme for 2 hours considering the cabana did not have anything but a bench and drapes.  Food on the ground, no minifridge, etc.  I was not thrilled, but we really did not have another option.  It's too bad. It's a beautiful spot and the food and drinks are great.  Maybe if you try on an "off day" it might work out.

Passes easy to buy,valet parking,towels provided, poolside servers at 11:00 very attentive.gorgeous setting so relaxing next to the creek.only downside no showers need to change in the bathroom.really feels like I was on a trip.

Great resort day

Pool is beautiful but thats where it stops. Had to find someone to find out which cabana to use. No waitstaff around. After 30-45 minutes on property someone came around to take orders. Food came out all wrong. Waited another 45 minutes on a kids burger and chips and guac. To top it off everyones food was all on the wrong bills. Someone in our party spent 30 minutes sorting it out for the hotel. When it came time to pay - it was still wrong. I ended up just paying my friend because my items were on her bill and at that point we were ready to go. It made the experience anything but relaxing. After our vacation, I get home to see the hotel double charged me even though they said they voided my order on accident. My card was charged and I was charged for my items on my friends bill as well. Overall horrible experience. When you pay for a cabana and pool passes and get no service then spend most of your time sorting out their mistakes - it doesn't make for a relaxing day.
